I got a dip set that weirdly lifted off after just a few days, so I called and they said I could come in and get them fixed. I showed them pictures when the first nail popped off and she didn’t ask any further questions, just kindly had me pick a color to redo them. I asked if she could charge me just a little so I could leave a tip since I didn’t have cash, and they very politely refused. She was quick but attentive to my nails! Overall, I was really grateful for their customer service and will definitely return. Not sure what happened with the first set but what mattered was that they graciously fixed it and got a loyal customer out of it :)

I just went today, and got a full set of acrylics, the nail tech was really kind and did beautiful nails for me. I’m definitely coming back and bringing a friendService: Acrylic nails
