Prior to my tattoo with Kimmy, I hadn’t been to 717, but I had heard great things. I decided one day I wanted to get a Harry Potter tattoo after work, but I didn’t know what I wanted. Kimmy was amazing and got me in after work and helped me come up with something that fit what I was going for! I highly recommend Kimmy and 717 in Mechanicsburg! I will be back to add more Harry Potter tattoos!
