This was my first time getting a massage and I had received a gift card to Vitality and gave it a shot. 10/10 recommend!! I had a 30 minute massage with Sharon and she was so great!! Explained everything to me, was super sweet, and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I am definitely coming back!
The cryotherapy sessions I've had have been spectacular. The staff was very professional, and I got in quickly. Everyone needs to try cryotherapy at least once... I noticed immediately that my knee that has some arthritis in it improved the same day.
I was in excruciating pain for over 2 years and was at my wit’s end, so I thought why not stop in and get some info? I started with massage and now get acupuncture as well. The improvements I’ve had are way more than expected. I 100% recommended Vitality! The staff is pleasant and helpful and they actually genuinely care. ❤️ I’m definitely going to continue going here!
