The Sears appliance repair person that actually showed up to my house was wonderful. He deserves 5 ⭐️s. He checked most all my appliances (except the fridge, not his specialty) and gave me some great tips. However Sears call center sucks! Switched to person after person. Have to retell what’s wrong. No supervisors. Schedule appointment to fix my refrigerator, then they don’t show up. Call again, get an AI bot. Ask to speak to a human representative, told none are available. Mind you this is on a week day. Hang up, call again and miraculously I get a human. Tell my plight, get transferred, get hung up on. Call again. The technician showed up apologetically due to some scheduling errors. He did a great job replacing the drain pump and the washer is now working perfectly. He's very concerned about not being able to communicate to me the changes in the schedule even though he had scheduled with me a certain day and then wasn't able to show up that day. He said these errors were due to corporate office scheduling. I found that repairing this scheduling error was the worst part of the service and I would give it a 0 out of five. Matter of fact; water was not turned on by person who installed Washer, but he wasnt familiar w installations. So hes excused.. Dryer had lint pipe kinked and repairman noticed the problem. Thank u Paul.....Having the new appliances seems to require knowledge of electronics they .m
ay cost a bit more but worth it in the end.
