I truly was a first time home buyer when I contacted Howard Hanna to set up an appointment to see the house I had been admiring for years go on the market. Grace became my buyers agent and she was wonderful to work with. She explained every step of the buying process to me. Always made herself available to me and answered all of my questions along the way.If I had any issues she helped me get through them quickly. She was my go between to the loan officers.Truthfully, my experience was only 40 days from showing to close.I highly recommend Howard Hanna in Meadville pa. 5 stars all the way!!
