Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. “Our 1940s colonial with cedar shake siding and deteriorating brick stoops (front and side) was transformed into a stunning suburban “farmhouse” by the extremely skilled professionals at Region Home Services.It was 17 years in the making but my dream came true. “Hertler plumbing is the BEST, 12/10 recommend. My water heater stopped working, i reached out to two plumbers. Hertler plumbing responded immediately, while the other guys took over 24 hours for a call back. Kelly got in touch with me immediately and Landis called and sent me a quote. The quote was extremely reasonable and Landis offered to come out that night to repair my water heater-after a long day on another job. The replacement was FAST and efficient, he did an excellent job. And he was able to do it all while keeping the place super clean which I truly appreciate.
