He is so patient, kind and understanding. I have been wanting a multi-needle since I first thought about getting an embroidery machine a decade ago. Five years ago I got a pre-owned Destiny and once that needed to be fixed I went with the Meridian. Well, this week I picked up a Venture 10 needle machine, thanks to Steven. He walked us through everything, let us thread the machine, try changing a needle, setting up a hat to embroider using the hat hoop and made sure we felt comfortable with taking our large purchase home to set up. Well it is set up and awaiting threading today! Thanks so much for always being willing to work with us and help us with our many many questions.I almost forgot Zach (sorry Zach!) He just did my sergers first cleaning/fixing after having it for 4 years? Amazing!
