​ I purchased a Talbots coat. Wore it one week while on an overseas trip. I dropped it to be cleaned at Martinizing Dry Cleaners in McMurray. When I picked up the coat, the cleaning process had changed the cream color checks to a gray color. After my discussions with the sales clerk, the coat was sent back twice to be re-cleaned. The cream color checks were still gray. Per the sales clerk, the manager or owner would contact me , which I never heard from either. On January 3rd 2024 , I received a phone call from a sales clerk at the McMurray location . Extremely rude, constantly interrupting and making it seem as if it was all my fault the cream checks changed color. I was told to come and pick up the coat and take it to one of their other locations for the owner to look at it . It's an inconvenience for me to take time out of my schedule to hunt down the owner. I was informed the owner won't do anything because he said it's a manufacturing error and has nothing to do with the cleaning process. I have friends that were in the cleaning business on Route 51 for years. If the fabric changes colors during the cleaning process , the solvent being used is usually dirty. It needs to be replaced with clean solvent. The damage was already done to my coat . Now I'm out a coat plus $190 for the cost of coat because of the dry cleaner's incompetence. I have used this dry cleaner for 15 years. I will no longer take my dry cleaning to this business. I will also make it a point to tell everyone I know of the poor service and poor response from the owner . Read through the other reviews on this site. i will not even give this business one star. however to post my review i must give at the very least one star. entrusted my arhaus slipcovers to this business to have them dry cleaned as per instructions on the slipcovers. . they were returned shrunk and with multiple seam holes. i called and spoke to the owner craig. he refused to offer reimbursement and said these kinds of things happen to fabrics there is no guarantees. i would never go here ever for anything you value. it's obvious that the slipcovers were laundered not dry cleaned. the cost of replacements are $385 each. so please do not take anything to this dry cleaner. the manager is condescending and shows no concern or regard for their performance with dry cleaning your articles. he should be ashamed. poor service, poor quality of service and takes no responsibility for wrongfully dry cleaning vs laundering

Something has happened over the past few months and their service has gotten much worse. They lost all my clothes and it took a few days to find them and then it took ten days for them to finish a small load. The costumer service which used to be good is now terrible. I won't be going back.
