“Fast. Great Service. Tech that shows your laundry's progress. Highly recommed.“
“I went to The Laundry Basket today as my washer is broken and I had really let my dirty clothes pulled up. I'd had company so several sets of sheets and towels, along with my sheets and clothes I couldn't wash because of the broken machine.I went on a Sunday morning, around 10:30. The place is clean, the washers are clean (inside and out), they work, plenty of baskets to move clothes from washer to dryers. Those are clean, too. The floors are spotless, no spilled soap, no funky odors.40 pound machines $5.50. 30 pound machines $4.75 (I think!). Regular machines $2.75. Dryers .25 for 12 minutes (I think!).I'll never do big loads at home (once I get a new washer). I was able to get everything done in 3 hours-- wash, dry, fold. I had 4 sets of sheets, a duvet cover and pillow cases, 5 sets of towels, 4 bathroom rugs, all of my clothes from 4+ weeks! They have a quarter machine and you can purchase soap and fabric softener.“
“Fantastic service. Chuong’s pays attention to the little details. I take my tuxedo here for dry cleaning after performances and my overcoat, always comes out fresh and clean.“
“Was done earlier than expected and they did a great job even with the ring around the collar!!“
“I recently had a sport coat cleaned at Ruby’s. I forgot and left a small white dove pin on the lapel. The pin was given to me by my friend and reverend at my mom’s funeral a couple years back. I figured it was gone and chalked it up to my stupidity for not taking it off before I dropped it off to be cleaned. Well I pulled the coat out the other day to go to a funeral first time since I had it cleaned and while in the funeral home, I felt something in the pocket which turned out to be an envelope with my white dove in it. It made me smile!! Thanks Ruby’s for doing the right thing and making an otherwise not fun event a little better.“
“I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease. When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee. When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased. A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately. I sincerely appreciate her diligence as the lapels were properly creased when I returned to pick them up the second time. My return trip could have been avoided if the initial employee would have done what the second employee took the time to do. I would also mention that the ring on the collar of the shirt I had dry cleaned was gone and they did a fantastic job on it without my mention of same. They also returned a couple of bills and some change I inadvertently left in a pair of suit pants. Kudos to Model Cleaners.Services: Eco-friendly cleaning“
