Hopefully, I'll get the same offer, especially a full refund, that was given to Sumanth above.Update: I was offered a free coupon to use at any kiosk to try again to get a working key copy, to have their key experts review my key scan and cut the key in their office and send to me free of charge, or a refund to my bank account. I almost tried one of the first two options, but decided to get a refund to save time. The Customer Support Team member who took my case was great and was prompt in replying to my email message about the problem.“
