No good experience to date.Had to use them for my home warranty company. Work not complete and they will not return phone calls. I am in Ohio and am at the mercy of my warranty company. I have not air conditioning for over 3 weeks and soon I will have no heat if they don't get on the ball.
I had such a wonderful experience with Sicilia Heating & Cooling. Austin was our technician for our diagnostic visit. He came out to my house within 48 hours to tell me what was wrong with my furnace. Austin went above & beyond to assist me with navigating my home warranty company. Austin was patient with me and answering all my questions! Austin, and Matt, came out within a week of diagnosing my furnace to perform a replacement service. Austin & Matt did an awesome job with the installation of my furnace. They both reviewed with me in depth with me my new furnace and warranty.
