We had another company come out first, but they actually made the problem worse and quoted us between $800 and $1,600 to fix it. After that, we reached out to several other services, and every estimate was over $1,000. Then Russell came to our home and treated it like it was his own. He was professional, polite, and quick. He only charged us $200 and even fixed the showerhead for free! I wish I had called him first. Lesson learned!“
