“6 years, 3 different training facilities, CBD, and doggie Prozac with no results. We were so desperate to find help for our girl so we decided to stop in to Convergent and just have a conversation. Dog training is not “one size fits all” and this was the first time that a trainer listened to what we needed and built a program specifically for our dog. Chip did a free evaluation which consisted of him coming to my home to really get to know and understand my dog in her environment. One of the previous trainers we hired took $150 for an in home evaluation, told me to get a can of pet corrector and a prong collar for a dog with fear and anxiety. We made the decision to go all in and take a chance on Chip, Brittney and team and the results have been amazing! We have gone from a dog that would lunge at cars, bark at birds and leaves and anything that move, and lose her sh!t if we had to pass another dog to a calm, well behaved dog that stays at my hip with no pulling. She is still a work in progress and Chip continues to spend time with us outside of the facility. We even take trips to Home Depot and I got a compliment from a stranger about how well trained my dog was. Never in a million years would I have thought we could even step foot inside a store with my dog. Chip and team have given us a dog that we can now enjoy instead of keeping her locked up in the house. They also offered to work with my other dog that needs a few manner adjustments. You will not be disappointed with this team and you will see results because they care.“

“THE BEST dog groomers!! Linda is so sweet with my little girl. She was a rescue, and Linda was pateint and gave tips on what to do at home with her. Then, I moved about 45 mins away and Linda is still worth the drive because of her perfect cuts! Alfie leaves with a beautiful cut, ears cleaned, nails trimmed and Linda even gives her a little detachable colorful feather to add to her cute-ness! I wont go anywhere else! “Karen use to cut my dogs nails years ago before she passed away. I taking my other dog today for a nail trim. Karen is such a sweet lady. She even remember me from years ago. She does grooming too but I always just got the nails trim. U have to call and leave a message and she will get back to u to make appointment. No walk in just appointment only. Karen was great with my dog. My dog got anxiety issues and was attacked when he was a puppy. He don’t trust no another dog since then. I plan on bringing my dog every month for a nail trim.“

“My cat accidentally knocked over a candle and stepped in hot wax (I felt terrible!!). I told Elle he should probably get his hind leg shaved and she told me if it were her cat, she would recommend just bathing and only shaving if it were medically necessary. I very much appreciated her knowledge and professionalism in knowing how to help my kitty. She got all the candle wax off and was patient with my grumpy boy (he does not like baths!) and recommended what brush I should use in the future as well as noticing he did have a bit of a burn on his hind leg (again, #CatMomFail). Her attention to detail and care of my cat is why I'll be bringing him back in the future!“

“Grooming and baked goods for your dogs and they do a great job on both. The bakery has decorated baked goods that look delicious to the human eye. They have other products for your fur babies as well. They sell some dog foods and accessories. The shop is a delight. They also provide grooming services. My grand-dog goes there and she always looks puffy and perfect when she is groomed. They are patient and kind. Bring ya wallet-they are pricey with their products, but you get what you pay for too. Parking is on the street. Shop was clean and handicap accessible.“
