our furnace quit working Saturday morning. we call csonka heating and cooling and they were closed (understandabl). the answering service answered and got ahold of on call tech. he called back with 5 minutes. He told me that there is a extra fee because of Saturday. I knew there would be and rightfully so. he asked if I wanted to wait till Monday but I really couldn't. he was out with in 30 minutes and solved the problem. he was very nice and very personable. thank you!! great customer service

Called for a service call on our oil furnace. The woman who answered the phone answered my questions, and was able to dispatch a technician to our home within the hour. Technician was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was explained and how the problem can be prevented in the future. You will not find a better service value for your heating and air conditioning needs locally than Csonka!

My MIL’s furnace broke a couple of months after being installed. She called Csonka at 4:30 on the Wednesday after Christmas. They came 45 minutes later and fixed it at no charge. I can’t give a better recommendation than that!
