Furnace and A/C stopped working. Brian came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired. He even took the extra time to check our outside unit , clean it and assure properly charged!! Can't thank you all enough. When our 18 year old unit does finally go you guys will be my one and only call!
I thought $250 was a bit much to replace a thermostat. The thermostat they supplied definitely had a price markup too. But they answered the phone right away, had someone out the same day, and fixed my issue. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that pricing wasn’t too far outside industry norm because I didn’t price shop the competition.
our furnace quit working Saturday morning. we call csonka heating and cooling and they were closed (understandabl). the answering service answered and got ahold of on call tech. he called back with 5 minutes. He told me that there is a extra fee because of Saturday. I knew there would be and rightfully so. he asked if I wanted to wait till Monday but I really couldn't. he was out with in 30 minutes and solved the problem. he was very nice and very personable. thank you!! great customer service
