It wasn't until my husband called to check on the status that we were told they would return the call, which never happened.

I have already addressed this issue with the supervisor directly, but I want to emphasize that this breakdown in communication was extremely frustrating. While the overall job was remarkable, this aspect of the service needs serious improvement.“
