The owner is name Jerry and he have three pluses: one is the most important- the professionalism he treat every case(I think he's the best in this tri-state), second plus is his personality and his knowledge and third plus he's a dog lover.
Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He advised my friend that it would be better in her case to use a workaround for free rather than paying for a service. Kind and (so) honest. My friend's bank had recommended him and they were spot on.
Bought a refurbished desktop computer last year for my business. They were extremely helpful and the computer is everything I expected and needed. Customer service long after the sale has been exceptional. I’ve purchased various other items from them and been happy with the results. My questions are always answered knowledgeably and promptly even when it’s obviously not going to result in a sale (as per our conversation about a cell phone issue last week that I had to go elsewhere for).I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer services and repair.
