I had 3 root canals and 2 of them the roots were not completed. It caused a major infection and I had to have an Apicoectomy on the 2 teeth. I went in and saw Dr Roy with an abcess over the one tooth when it started he took an xray and said he didn’t see anything! Meanwhile my face was swollen and the male tech could see the abcess. I was on antibiotics for 4 months getting it better. Thanks to Milford Oral Surgery it is better now!

Had a bad feeling the first time I went there because the dentist seemed a bit arrogant right off the bat. I told them what my insurance would and would not cover, yet they went ahead and submitted a request to my insurance company for a 3-tooth bridge. They wouldn't even tell me what that would have cost out of pocket. They seem very secretive about their fees. When they called me to tell me the insurance wouldn't cover the bridge, I was livid that they even contacted the insurance company after I told them it wasn't covered. I had two out of three root canals get abcessed because they never fully cleaned out the root chambers which caused me to be on antibiotics for over a month and have to have an apicoectomy on the two teeth by an oral surgeon. I now have a mouth full of stitches and my face is swollen and painful!!
