Today 03/17/2024 was a very challenging day, however, Chase from your company had very good customer service. Even though the agent did not give him my phone number to contact me, I did not have to wait as long as the app stated. We communicated about the issue, he did not over do anything with my car I order not to cause further issues. Chase communicated with me the entire time of him towing my vehicle to the designated destination. Was able to place my car in a secure spot with no issues. Chase is a very nice and respectful tow truck driver. I understand that we do not know the tow truck drivers , however, being respectful will take you a long way. Give Chase a raise.

Andrew is wonderful!! I got a little too drunk to drive home on New Years Eve, and they offered free towing and a ride home!! Phenomenal service!! 5 stars all the way across the board!! Thank you so much!!

Lehman's towing pulled us out of a terrible jam. We had two flat tires and were 3 1/2 hours outside of Washington, D.C., and it was late Saturday afternoon. They came and got us, and flat-bedded us all the way to the dealer in D.C., where we left the vehicle. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful!Service: Special vehicle towing
