We have had issues with our main line sewer due to roots growing into the terracotta piping. We had a frustrating experience with a company that initially came out and gave us an estimate...we signed a contract, and then the day before they even started the work, raised their price significantly! Thankfully, my fiancé's boss had Construxx working on his property and he referred us to them. Harold and Brad came out to do an estimate within a day. They were reassuring and made us feel so much better about our situation. They were extremely informative and explained the entire process to us. Joann was such a pleasure to speak with as well and provided amazing customer service! She got the contract to us in just a few days, we signed and then the crew was out to start working about a week later. Jeremy and the rest of the crew did a great job! They were quick and effective and kept us updated on the process as they were working. They also cleaned up everything when they were done. They made the whole process stress free!
