I called Shawn in the midst of a cold spell when my furnace had shut off. They sent someone out within hours. The technicians ( Shawn's son and another) were very polite, friendly and informative. They fixed and cleaned my furnace ( and they really did clean the stack with a vacuum, unlike other companies that say they clean the furnace but never clean the soot out of the stack.) I found their prices to be very reasonable for fixing and cleaning my furnace. Other companies charge more for just a cleaning. Replaced my furnace and installed a heat pump , a/c unit and have been servicing them ever since. Have always been prompt, professional, and reliable on top of being affordable . Great company to deal with to keep your home comfortable year round.
