“This window came from my grandmothers house and was very dark and not translucent. Carol gently removed it from the frame and cleaned it well. She Instructed my husband in adaptations to the frame for a better fit. She flattened the bulges and put it back in frame after we refinished the frame. We are so impressed with her care and work! Eager to get this hung in our home.“
