Neil was very professional, thorough, and personable. He provided us with easy to understand, informative explanations, and took copious notes. We received the report within the expected timeframe, and the report was very detailed, and went over EVERYTHING.
I also really appreciated that Neil was able to help us prioritize the issues identified, and differentiate between "need to address ASAP" issues, "fix when you can" issues, and "I wouldn't bother" issues. I am glad that he flagged even the minute details, but was also able to put them into context.

Our inspector Neil was amazing and really explained everything he was looking into and went over things that even my realtor didn't think they'd look over. He even explained how to use our radiator heat since we have never had it before, he was very relatable and actually had a fun time during our first home buying experience and process.

Neil Klein was referred to me by a friend who's a Real Estate Broker out of Atlanta. When I tell you that this man went into areas of my house I didn't know existed and I've been living in the house since September 2023.
His inspection is extremely thorough and meticulous. He explains to you what he's doing, finding and shows you how to know "how old the windows are, what type of heating system you have.
