Neil was very professional, thorough, and personable. He provided us with easy to understand, informative explanations, and took copious notes. We received the report within the expected timeframe, and the report was very detailed, and went over EVERYTHING.
I also really appreciated that Neil was able to help us prioritize the issues identified, and differentiate between "need to address ASAP" issues, "fix when you can" issues, and "I wouldn't bother" issues. I am glad that he flagged even the minute details, but was also able to put them into context.

5 years prior, I had my floors refinished and a inlay installed. The gentleman seemed reliable and had good reviews. I wanted to use Jonathan Pera but he was very busy and I wanted it done much sooner than he was available. Much to my chagrin, the work done back then was bad. I lived with it for 5 years and finally decided to have them fixed. I called Jonathan, we decided on a plan of action of replacing some, repairing what could be repaired, and installing new. What I ended up with are some of the nicest and most beautiful hardwood floors imaginable. His prices were reasonable, his men were true professionals and talented craftsman, and everything was finished faster than expected. Very friendly and do a good job... but several times when I have gone they have claimed that their internet is down therefore I cannot run a credit card and I can only give them cash...which to me just seems a little odd that this is such a consistent problem. No other business seems to have this issue. Also it's very inconvenient when I do not have cash on me.
Sarah is so helpful and affordable. She is always on time and does excellent alterations! My mother and I both use her services and are so happy with the results. Tailoring is hard work and she runs her business very well. Thank you Sarah!
I started going to this practice about 10 years ago and now my whole family has switched over because we always have a good experience. Dr Anderson is our favorite. Their two opticians really know what they're doing and seem to be good with both the technical stuff as well as helping you figure out what will look good on your face.
Came here for the first time with my sister today and they are AMAZING. My nails are beautiful and you get a nice little massage while your nails dry. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back!
