Everyone was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. This was my 5 year oldest first experience with martial arts and he loved it and can't wait to go back. We enjoyed the place so much that I've thought about trying the adult classes!

I have been coming to the area my whole life and never thought I’d find a gym to train at while I was here. Rob and Vince have a top quality place and a great group of people to train with. Everyone is super friendly and even more importantly they were all great training partners. I highly recommend this place for everyone including visitors.

I actually really hate this club. I took their cardio kickboxing class a few summers ago when I was working in the area, and it was the best class ever. High energy, very motivation and you get results! Since leaving the area I haven't been able to find a workout class to even compare to these guys, so I'm forever blaming them! Definitely worth it!
