“I have been taking my cat to Dr. Savage at Metro Pet Vet - Downtown for almost 1 year now and I couldn't be happier with the services provided for my boy. When my cat had an issue with his paw that was being treated, Dr. Savage called to follow up with us after appointments to see how the treatments were working for him. You can tell how much she cares about her patients!! All employees at the Downtown location are friendly, treat pets & people with respect and are professional. Best veterinarian I have ever taken my cat to! ♥️“

“I highly recommend Bubbles and Biscuits, LLC!!! :) Holly took on my crew of three. We have a Golden Retriever, Elijah; a Labrador Retriever, Hayley and our Multipoo, Finnigan. Holly really took her time with each of our fur babies, bathing and grooming them. They smelled amazing, and I was SUPER happy with their appearance. Holly was great working with our Elijah, who typically has bad anxiety, but was good for her. Our Hayley has a torn ACL, and Holly took extra time and soothed her pain with some heat from the dryer! I am so glad I found her and so are our pups! Thanks a bunch!!“

“We have been treating our pets for a few years at Lincoln Highway and have had such wonderful experiences. Even after all these years they still go above and beyond to make your pets feel comfortable . This also makes you the owner feel comfortable as an owner with a more reactive dog.We have a social Bernedoodle and a not so social German Shepherd who is often not receptive to new people and will growl and bark. I typically would muzzle her at the vet just to be safe even though she has never harmed anyone in the past.Today I told the staff if they felt more comfortable we could use a muzzle. They declined and instead took the time to make my pup feel more comfortable. Christal came in first and was on the floor slowly getting our Shepard to warm up to her and did not give up when she shied away.Eventually she even got a little lick on her hand. This prepared my pup for both Dr.Lewis and Christal to come in and give her the shots she needed.They were both able to hold her and give her love and support she needed to make it more comfortable for her during her shots! This would not have happened without them going above and beyond.We appreciate the wonderful team at this facility and are so lucky our pets can be cared for here.“

“Confused....I have been coming here for years. I know one of my dogs was over due for a visit because I got a reminder. Because Of the pandemic I called and made an appointment for September which we just were in. The problem is my other dog is apparently overdue and I never received notification and they all need flea/tick meds. They would only give me meds for two of the dogs since one was overdue. I would think you would want, for the dog best interest, him to receive his meds. He has an appointment to come in and it would be healthier to have it. And yes, I am perfectly aware if he gets fleas the meds will kill them. That's what the receptionist kept telling me. I'm not an idiot. Point is to prevent fleas in my house. Not sure what a visit has to do with flea meds. So to keep all my dogs on the same schedule they all have to wait. Also when I made Baxter's appointment they did not tell me the other one was due. It's very annoying to a pet owner. It wasn't explained if the reason was medical???Thank you Angela for responding and helping me! We will see you in October“
“I absolutely am in love with this vet and Dr. Riehl is the best! I take 2 dogs and 3 cats to see her, and she is always so sweet and loving to them. I have a dog who is terrified of the vet and she is always willing to take her white coat off and get down on the floor with him to make him feel comfortable before even trying to start the exam! I am greatly appreciative of her time, her generosity, and the care she has for the animals and their owners. Aside from her amazing animal skills, Dr. Riehl is great with people too. She takes her time during every visit and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed while giving lots of great information and taking the time to ensure I understand. The first time I met Dr. Riehl we connected instantly and knew she was the vet for my animals. She provided me solutions for my animals that no other vet would do and it makes me feel welcomed and valued here. I also want to give props to all the other employees here. Everyone at Neffsville contributes to the positive experience I have every time I come in and you can tell they love their jobs, and the people and animals that walk through their door. I am never disappointed!“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place ! I am a travel nurse and I travel with my two rescue dogs Lincoln and Penny. They are both very sweet but have a lot of quirks. From the minute I expressed my hesitations due to their quirks the staff was immediately attentive to my concerns and willing to help my dogs (as well as myself) to be comfortable during their stay. For this reason I have become a repeat customer. The facility offers lots of extras which is great for dogs like mine who have separation anxiety and need extra TLC. Now when I pull in the parking lot my dogs cannot wait to jump out of the car, and it is due to the compassion, attention to detail and professionalism of this facility ! Additionally the grooming staff is amazing!! In the past I have had issues with groomers being able to get my dogs nails done, not at CCC. So grateful to have found this facility !“
