“I cannot say enough good things about this place ! I am a travel nurse and I travel with my two rescue dogs Lincoln and Penny. They are both very sweet but have a lot of quirks. From the minute I expressed my hesitations due to their quirks the staff was immediately attentive to my concerns and willing to help my dogs (as well as myself) to be comfortable during their stay. For this reason I have become a repeat customer. The facility offers lots of extras which is great for dogs like mine who have separation anxiety and need extra TLC. Now when I pull in the parking lot my dogs cannot wait to jump out of the car, and it is due to the compassion, attention to detail and professionalism of this facility ! Additionally the grooming staff is amazing!! In the past I have had issues with groomers being able to get my dogs nails done, not at CCC. So grateful to have found this facility !“

“Left our dog overnight to let him get used to being in a kennel (first time). He enjoyed the group play and the overall experience. The staff is very good at what they do and take excellent care of their "guests".“

“I live in NYC and bring my pup to Neffsville when I come to visit my family. I like the groomers as well as the vet side. The staff is so friendly even though Bogey can be feisty. The vets answer all my questions in terms I can understand. The vet techs and staff at the desks are also helpful and kind. Seems like a good place to work and that reflects in their service towards owners. Bogey comes here for check ups/vaccines, dental visits, ACL surgery.

I also love the bow ties someone local makes and they sell. I almost always end up buying one each time I’m in .“

“We have been treating our pets for a few years at Lincoln Highway and have had such wonderful experiences. Even after all these years they still go above and beyond to make your pets feel comfortable . This also makes you the owner feel comfortable as an owner with a more reactive dog.We have a social Bernedoodle and a not so social German Shepherd who is often not receptive to new people and will growl and bark. I typically would muzzle her at the vet just to be safe even though she has never harmed anyone in the past.Today I told the staff if they felt more comfortable we could use a muzzle. They declined and instead took the time to make my pup feel more comfortable. Christal came in first and was on the floor slowly getting our Shepard to warm up to her and did not give up when she shied away.Eventually she even got a little lick on her hand. This prepared my pup for both Dr.Lewis and Christal to come in and give her the shots she needed.They were both able to hold her and give her love and support she needed to make it more comfortable for her during her shots! This would not have happened without them going above and beyond.We appreciate the wonderful team at this facility and are so lucky our pets can be cared for here.“
