James with Patriot Plumbing helped save our family a couple of thousand dollars. We had a branch and wire stuck in our sewer trap. We called another competing company, which was initially able to come sooner, but they could not get it out. We considered having $5k worth of work to dig 5ft down and replace the sewer trap. I called James to see if he would still be willing to come out and help. He came the following day and worked on fishing the items out to prevent us from having to dig up our backyard. I wish there were ten stars to give this business! My roommate literally had a heating/plumbing issue that caused an overflow and needed to be fix right away! I called Joe and immediately he was on it!! Chris and Ethan came out promptly and got down to business! They were honest with their evaluation and the cost was reasonable. They were both patient, courteous and professional! They respected the no-show policy by gracefully covering their boots! Overall, my roommate is happy and I'm even more gratefully happier than he is! Thank you Patriots for an Awesome job!! I can sleep well tonight ?Service: Water heater installation

These guys are pure fire. Courteous, ultra professional, super fast response, and superfast repairs. I've done business now with these guys for three separate occasions and on all three they were on spot and fantastic! Don't get ripped off call these guys. James is incredible. Kevin K
