We had moved to Lancaster in June, 2022 and found that our apartment Air Conditioner was not working. The heating and cooling systems in our office building were15 years old and we were beginning to have mechanical issues. We met with three local HVAC contractors including Garden Spot Mechancial. Garden Spot without a doubt provided a level of expertise that exceeded the other contractors. When our building was constructed in 2006, the HVAC system was desgned incorrectly. Garden Spot was able to identify the problems with the design and with the installation of the new system they were able to correct the problems resulting in an efficient, well balanced system that will meet our needs for many years to come.
