Everyone was very friendly and the lady at the front desk is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. She verified my coverage and printed an estimate of all my expenses. I called my insurance company who said everything was in line. Dr Hoffmaster was excellent! He filled 2 cavities And I had no pain.
As someone who has really bad anxiety when going to any doctor I was so nervous in the waiting room. When I was called back I let the assistant know and she was so comforting and understanding. She said “what can I do to make you feel better” I told her and luckily it was something she could do! I felt so much better and when the doctor came in he let me know right away about my x-rays (no waiting and worrying more), what next steps were, exactly what he was going to do and why. Super friendly and just really put me at ease. Very thankful to the team at Merit Dental!
