Ken Scioli from Statewide did a stucco inspection on our 16-year-old house in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia a few months ago. (We had just found a small area with termite damage and the exterminator told us it was likely that there was wet wood beneath the stucco exterior.) Ken responded quickly and came out to the house. He spent a few hours testing the siding for underlying water damage using an electrical-resistance probe inserted into small holes drilled into the wood beneath the windows and doors, and he also examined quite a few samples of the wood removed, many of which showed visible water damage and/or wood rot. I strongly suggest Mr Tony & Statewide Inspections for the Stucco inspection. The house was recently inspected and work done, it was told to us that it was in move in condition. Had not we involve Mr Tony, we might had been under great trouble of handling the stucco issues, at a later time. Mr Tony pointed out about the abnormal moisture readings, and also was in contact with us for further discussions. 100% I would recommend him and worth the investment.

Our agent recommended statewide for a stucco inspection on a home we were purchasing. Due to the size and cost of the home, we could not afford to make a mistake. They did a wonderful report, professional and accurate, which saved us over $60,00 in repairs we would have missed if we didnt get the inspection done.
