We were introduced to Coram yesterday and have already had a horrible experience. Again we were only with Coram for one day. My daughter spent 5 weeks in the NICU with an Esophageal Tracial Fistula, which has resulted in her needing all of her feeding intake through a G-Tube. It is her only way to eat. After speaking with a Coram rep who said our supplies were being delivered at 10am. We picked up our discharged daughter at 11:30a. Due for a feeding at 2pm, the supplies did not arrive until 5:45pm. During which time my wife and I called Coram continuously and spent hours on hold or were passed from person to person each saying the delay wasn't personally "their fault"....read full review

Tell the hospital discharge nurse to not use Coram, you have a right to choose. The nurses are always hours late, never been on time, the iv equip doesnt show up and you have to call. This is a big problem since it is antibiotics. The help line says they will call you back and they dont. The nurses manager doesnt call back. What a disgrace, people ls health is on the line. Coram needs to be shut down.My fathers nurse is never on time and the equipment deliveries as well. The customer service line never picks up, on hold 30 minutes plus now. This is a disgrace to the United States of America. I've been using this company for the last 2 months for my son's formula, gravity bags, and gauze. These items don't cost a lot of money, yet this company charges my insurance just about as much each day as it costs for all of the products provided over the entire month. You might think that the extra cost is for their customer service and shipping of products but you'd be sorely disappointed that the products only come if you keep calling them, wait times to get a hold of someone are often times an hour, and the products don't even arrive when they say they will.My most recent issue with them was this week.
