This Edwin guy is a good salesman. Made us believe that he has direct connections to certain people that’ll make a loan easier to acquire.Lack of professionalism ex. Cuts you off when you’re asking questions. Doesn’t take accountability to his statements/remarks when he’s proven wrong. His phone calls are long and at times tends to fall off the rails and engages into talking about services that he performs or organizations that he’s apart of that are completely irrelevant to a loan. When he’s challenged and questioned he can’t take the heat and hangs up the phone on you.
