My puppy came here struggling to walk and with a 104 fever. They quickly figured out he was suffering from a deep tissue infection from his grooming the day before. All of the DRs and support people were wonderful. Kind, caring and wanted to help him get well. My puppy is alive because they got to the bottom of what ailed him quickly and got on top of his skin infection. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this facility - I drove over an hour to bring Cooper here and it was totally worth it!

the TPLO followup visits were very efficient. I arrived at appt time both times and my dog was immediately taken for xrays and back in 3 minutes with Dr. Franczuski to review the results. Both visits were super fast and time was spent on explanations. Very impressive service and organization, All is going well after 11 weeks and I expect a full recovery of my schnug

Quickly diagnosed my dog's significant health condition and stabilized him. However, the ER doc took a really long time to tell me anything was wrong, and only after I overheard her tell another owner she was dealing with a "critical dog" and that's why he had to wait. I realized I was the only owner there who didn't know what was going on with my pet, and quickly put two and two together that my animal was the critical one. I wish that had been handled more sensitivity. The cardiologist that we needed was away for the week and we ended up being discharged and VRC did help with admittance to Penn and getting him seen ASAP, but in hindsight I should... read full review
