“It's 2022, a nippy 10 degrees outside. The new roofing by 1st Choice Home Improvements has been great. The dark color melts the snow off the roof fast, no problems with the gutters filling with water and freezing up, I keep them clear of leaves through the fall months. The pin oak trees in the front yard are a problem, the leaves stay on them when all the other oaks are bare, so I gotta check the gutters more than I like. I'm calling these guys when I get back from Florida to do the other garage in the same shingles to match it up with the house.“

“This is a great company! I needed fascia replaced on the peak of my house and they did it very quickly and perfectly! While they were up on my 3-story house, they saw a few patches that needed done on the roof and did those for only a little more cost. Price was very nice! They are very good with communication and very courteous! I would definitely recommend them and they are also going to do my chimney repair. ADDED: They completed my chimney repair and it looks great! Still very affordable, courteous, and great work! “JMK is FABULOUS!!!! I called to get a quote and Jeremy was out the next day and provided a handwritten quote that day. I wasn’t prepared to sign right away and he was totally cool with that. I did make the decision to award him the job, because his price was lower than the 3 other quotes I received. He was back out the next day again to receive the signed agreement and his minimal down payment. With in 3 weeks, at my requested delay, he sent his team out to do the work. They worked professionally, consistently, respectfully and finished my roof within a day. They cleaned up everything and made my yard look just as it was before they started.
