Went for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I'm SO glad I did!! After almost 2 years of living in the area, I FINALLY found someone who listened to my concerns!!! I have naturally curly hair. I had a BAD hair cut and color at another salon. Katie really listed to my questions. We developed a "growing out" the bad hair cut plan. And a "achieving new color" plan. I finally felt like someone understood what was wrong with my hair and could fix it!!! It was a warm and cozy environment. Not stuffy or stuck up. I highly recommend going here.

First time client at Hair Etc- the process from booking my appointment to getting a great haircut and color by Katie was great! Katie is friendly, professional and extremely talented!! A VERY positive experience!!

I feel good about going to Hair Etc. during this pandemic. They have lots of sanitation practices in place, everyone is masked, and the place is very clean. They sanitize every station after each customer - I saw it being done. I have been going to Polly at Hair Etc. for four years, and love the style she created for me. She cut my hair back in March, and it STILL looked good in August.
