from the moment I called and spoke with the customer service rep to schedule the appointment I received excellent customer service. Tony was our inspector. He was very friendly,thorough,and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and he made sure we understood everything he was looking at. we received our report in less than 24 hours.His report was very detailed with pictures, explanations, and recommendations. I would highly recommend this company !! 5 star service!!!! Thank you !

From the beginning, Allied Inspection Services blew us away. When I made the original appointment, I had to change it right away due to my husband’s work conflict. Being first time homebuyers, we wanted to be there and learn about our house. It was super easy to change the time and make the inspection work in the time frame it needed to be completed! Bill Quirk was very professional and really took the time to explain what he was looking at. He also gave us tips on how to maintain and make things last in the house. I loved the reports. They were easy to read and understand. I also loved the appliance recall they have available. The whole process took the stress off of first time home buying!

Allied Inspection Services are very professional, courteous and extremely thorough. Our inspector was very patient as we had so many questions. He explained everything he was doing. He also explained the different systems in our prospective new home because we were not familiar with them. They were very cooperative when it came to scheduling the inspection because we wanted to be there but live some distance away. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a home in Eastern Pennsylvania. Lorraine C.
