I recommend them to everyone that I can. I absolutely love my bathroom, and we actually had them do other projects around the house too, they did an especially great job with our basement floor. Jake communicated with us and helped us figure out what we wanted. We feel like the price was reasonable too, not one of those contractors that rake you over the coals for more money. Again I can't say how much we recommend them!

if I could give him 0 stars I would. He destroyed our $800.00 tub surround by covering the wrong side with glue, then leaving it to dry without telling us he had made this mistake. Sheetrock behind the surround and at shower head plumbing not completed before surround installation. Flashing tape corner reinforcements supplied by manufacturer not installed. Improper trimming of the panels, gaps as large as 1/2 inch. Wall trim was attached by nails and not glued as recommended by manufacturer. The drainage plumbing was glued and installed to the new tub but not connected to exciting vent stack. The tub is not level or square. He was here 3 days and worked a total of 7 hours and 45 minute. We wrote the BBB and asked for mediation, he has refused. He told us he would refund us $2,000 deposit, now he is stating he did not say that. We are senior citizens on a fixed income. We now have to hire someone to repair the damages he has done and purchase a new surround.
