We have retained this service for almost a year now. We have them in every two weeks. My wife and I are most pleased with their service. Their workers are always very professional, polite, and they always positively address any issue that might require additional attention. Moreover, they have never failed to show up. Their cost is very reasonable, they vet their workers, and they are flexible with the schedule. Kudos to a service that has made our life easier. We give them top marks and would strongly recommend their service. They really do a great job.
I just started using The Cleaning Authority and have had two cleanings. I am very pleased with the thorough job they have done. They are very professional and love the convenience of the app.
We had TCA come in today to complete whats called an OTO (one time clean), we were so pleased with the detail in the clean and the cleaners taking their time to ensure every surface was cleaned from top to bottom…we gave decided to continue using TCA for bi-weekly cleans.
