    I am so happy that I found this studio. The "Perfect Workout" is the Super Slow High Intensity strength training method. The results are amazing - building muscle, reducing body fat percentage and building bone strength - and you only have to commit to one or two 20 minute sessions a week. The sessions are private and the personal trainers are all fabulous and essential to success. After 6 months of training I have visible results, and my body fat is down 5%. I believe that everyone who tries this will have success like they've never had before - and at any age.

    Is it too "unbeleivable" to say that Ashley has changed my life? First, SHE is the best ab workout because I have never laughed so hard, (or at all for that matter) in the feeble attempts I have had at keeping on a fitness plan. Prior to meeting Ashley as my trainer at The Perfect Workout, I never lasted more than a few weeks at a gym, or by using all the crazy home equipment I bought over the years (now sold or a plant stand!). As a 60 year old woman, I realized that I needed and deserved to get personal assistance with my fitness plan if I wanted to live a life of feeling good and passing through my self-imposed limitations.     I absolutely love the perfect workout ... Ashley has helped me lose inches and gain so much muscle my clothes fit better I have more energy and I actually enjoy working out! As a mom I didn't have hours to spend at a gym at the perfect workout I am able to get in and out in 20 minutes.
