“I had a consultation with Dr. Hersh today about wisdom tooth removal- and it was a great experience considering the circumstances. The women at the front desk just seemed very organized and be on top of everything. I had to wait just a bit in the room and someone came to let me know the doctor was slightly behind but would be with me momentarily (so they didn't leave me hanging- wondering if I was next or going to be there a lengthy time). The whole wait time was maybe 30 minutes. Dr. Hersh was kind. He explained everything and was very easy-going. He also listened to me and my thoughts and concerns. It was a quick consult- and the surgery is scheduled soon enough. I have full confidence in this doctor and feel confident with my wisdom teeth extraction coming up. I will say- the office appears a bit outdated- which did make me wonder if I could trust this practice- but the aesthetics aren't bad- and it was clean! After meeting the people- I can say- don't let the slightly outdated appearance deter you- I'll update after my surgery! I have a feeling it will be another great experience!“

“Dr. McKinley's practice is truly life changing. I went in to talk to her about some possible exilis treatments (a non invasive treatment fat reduction and skin tightening treatment) and left with a new lease on life. I have worked out religiously, ate pretty well and drank about at least a half gallon of water a day for years and years and have had 30 pounds I needed to lose that have never budged. I had just began to accept that "this must be my body" and that I was incapable of losing weight. I ran a marathon. I was doing HIIT workouts a minimum four days a week for two years (each 600 calorie burn work outs) and consistently gaining weight. Not "oh it is muscle, which weighs more" but "yup I have to buy new pants again because I can't close any of mine and I look terrible". I was hoping that maybe the exilis could just do some damage control. Once I told her all this, Dr. McKinley asked me if I was interested in learning about medical weight loss. I assumed whatever it was didn't apply to me as that was for morbid obesity or something. I was so wrong. She took history, ran bloodwork, discussed my lifestyle and did a body composition. We looked at the numbers of where I had fat, how much, etc. She put me on a medical weight loss that involved simple medication to compliment a few other small changes as I already work out regularly and had a decent approach to food. Two months - 22 pounds lighter and my life is changed. After fighting against my body for 25 years, it was the easiest thing I ever did. I asked myself how I had never thought of this before? THAT is why Dr. McKinley is so amazing. Her entire practice serves to help patients - especially women - with all the areas of our life we just "accept" as they way we are. After the weight loss I did some exilis treatments on my stomach - which has always been the worst spot on my body. It was so easy - 20 minutes or so in the office, totally pain free (a little hot but totally bearable) and it works! I've seen some definite reduction in the fat on my stomach and the skin is tight, which I think helps to look even smaller. I plan to have one or two other small areas - my neck and upper arms - treated too. Whether it's weight loss, targeted fat reduction, pain/sports injury or aesthetics (A few friends who had Dr. McKinley do their botox and lip injections recommended her when I commented how amazing they looked) - Dr. McKinley is amazing and won't let you settle for the parts of your health and appearance that don't make you happy!
