5 Star is stellar. We had a mini split installed this summer. The team was prompt and efficient. They kept me in the loop of the entire process. Their follow up is excellent . Good job!

100% reccommend 5 Star for any HVAC needs! Kevin was seriously so kind and helpful when my HVAC unit broke in the middle of the heatwave. He was able to come out and assess the problem and get me scheduled for an instal the following week. Pricing was very upfront. He was even able to loan me some portable A/C units so my house was tolerable to be in! Chris & Justin came out for my new unit instal and they were kind and courteous. Really reccommend this company, you won't regret it at all! Amazing customer service.

I just wanted to take a couple of minutes to let people know that there are still some businesses out there that care about customer service. It’s hard to find people like that anymore, but I got lucky when I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning unit. Not many people deal with a heat pump, I didn’t live in their service area, or they were not taking new customers. It is a bit disheartening when you have a problem, and those are the answers you get when you're looking for help.
