I have a lame horse. Not an emergency but wanted to get him looked at. Called 5 times in 10 days. All calls were during normal working hrs. Left 3 messages with their "answering service". Each time they could see the last time I called. 2 calls were not answered at all. Total waste of time. Finally gave up and called another vet. They'll be here tomorrow.

I find the customer response to be very poor. I have contact the office 4 times in a week attempting to get a return call for lab work to be done on my horses. The office called back once (after the 3rd call) and left me a message to call before 5pm. I called back at 4pm and received the answering service stating that the office was closed. No one has returned my call. The answering service apologized for the poor response but the office did not move on the response. So I have to ask, is the office that busy? Do they not need the clients? We have used them for the past 10 years and always have had this problem of response calls. I am looking for a new Vet. any recommendations?
