I gave my review a 3 because all specialist have been helpful but the outcome so far has not been too good. So the balance of the stars were due to the service and care from the specialists not the product.Today Kevin T came for my perimeter pest control. He was excellent. He listened to my concerns and addressed the area where I have had problems. He was respectful and patient. KEVIN T DESERVES 5 STARS.As for the pest control I haven't seen an improvement I understand this service is guaranteed I hope I will be honored to that guarantee because so far the spiders have been worse.
