Michael D Smoker is the owner of Keystone Credit Services and Smoker & Company. Smoker & Company, which he owns, gave Keystone a 5-Star rating which violates Google and Yelp's policies. Business owners are not allowed to review business which they own. Caroline Hill, an employee Keystone Credit Services and Smoker, is also in violation for posting an illegal review of the same-owned company which she works for. Lots of people have been complaining about Smoker & Company's unscrupulous practices. They give shady quotes and slam you with a huge bill you never agreed to. Warning! Smoker & Company is a RIP OFF! I went to them, asked for a quote to prep my taxes, and they quoted me $195 all in to do my taxes. I thought that was expensive to begin with, but I was in a rush and I trusted them (God, that was stupid of me) and now I'm learning my lesson of getting ripped off by so-called professionals the hard way. Why? Several weeks later, their bill comes in a $795?!? They LIED TO ME. It was bait and switch and abuse of CPA ethics code.
