I was able to connect with Andrew and have him come out to mount a new TV on the wall over the summer of 2023. Contrary to other reviews, he did offer to come out and do the work over the weekend. He did a great job with the wall mounting. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at my back porch steps. He took some measurements and then texted me later with an estimate. I was ok with the estimate, told him there was no rush on the work ... never heard from him again. He was nice and personable - I liked talking to him. I guess maybe he didn't need the work. Still need the steps done and now have some other small projects that I gotta find someone else to take care of.

I had used Andrew a few times. He's a nice guy personality wise but when he comes to the buck that is everything to him. He scheduled me for a job - he picked the time - and two days before I called to reconfirm our appointment ( he didnt call me) and he had the nerve to tell me he had a "big job" that had taken precedence over me. I was shocked. So much for him being a man of his word. So much for the little guy. He also likes to be paid in cash. Last time he was here he " fixed" my sink only to have it drain slow after he hooked up the plumbing. He then told me " I needed to call a plumber" to get it to drain properly. This is with a drain that worked properly and just fine the day before he showed up! So he charges me 200 bucks for something that doesn't even work right! LOL. The best part is he texts me and tells me I "need to find a new Handyman" because I am not understanding of how things are right now, blaming it on COVID and supplies for his "big job". Yeah, right. He's simply not an honest upfront guy. Gladly Ill find someone else, Thank you Andrew, you're doin me a favor! AVOID.

This guy complained because we had the audacity to text him on a weekend and was adamant that people in his line of work do not take calls on a Saturday. Really? A handyman who doesn't take a call on a weekend. Not true Mercer, plenty respond to a call or text on a Saturday.Once he arrived at our home he proceeded to gush about how beautiful he thinks his wife is and wanted to share photos - a guy who charges by the hour. The two issues right there should have tipped us off that his work was subpar.Once was enough. Find another handyman.
