“Although the MRI experience was not as bad as I thought. The two people on staff there were only as nice as they absolutely needed to be. Not one pleasant word to you nor any words of encouragement. Being a nurse I know some people are deathly afraid of MRIs. As I was. Both were rather dry and just appear to be doing their job just because they had to be there. As far as the MRI machine itself I say go for it! It is open and trust me you’ll make it through.“

“I don't often go to an outside , as I am a home draw. But my INR is very low this week and it's the 4th time my blood is being drawn.

Analiese drew my blood and she was FANTASTIC. Not only did I NOT feel the needle at all, but her personality was sweet. I was a phlebotomist for 26 years and have never said this about anyone.

Both girls were great and kept the flow of patients going.

“They were professional, prompt, and made sure to answer any questions I had. My only issue is that the MRI tech made an unsettling comment on my way out, saying, "I hope everything works out for you", very somber. Which has me super anxious now. I don't understand why she couldn't have just said "have a nice evening" and instead made that remark which makes it seem like they saw something bad on the scan but can't tell me (which I understand they can't tell me, that's not my issue). Maybe don't say comments like that to people. Otherwise I had no issues“

“Great primary physicians. Dr. Anstett is great. He’s an excellent listener and gave sound advice for my issue. He even took the time to reach back out later to give me another recommendation.“

“Professional, friendly, and compassionate staff. There are lab services, testing services, and various Cardiolgist specialists located at this location. It is a clean, tasteful environment. You are asked to answer Covid questions as you enter the building lobby. Yes you are required to wear a mask and follow Covid distancing. When you register, you will be directed to the appointment for your need. There is a vending machine located on the first floor down the hall towards the lab. Be aware that you can only get diet beverages and water plus candy bars from the vending machine. Parking lot is large with designated handicap spots close to the front door. Wheelchairs are located in the lobby area. If you need assistance, please ask and someone will help.“

“Dr. Bittner is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever came across. Life changing experience. Sorry in advanced to the long, drawn out review.
June 2022 I was diagnosed with COVID 19. I lost my taste and smell for 2 weeks. 1 month after COVID I developed horrible vertigo for 3 months. Went to many doctors who dismissed my symptoms. Had sinus surgery last year to alleviate the pressure that we weren't sure where is what coming from. When that didn't help that ENT gave up and sent me to another one. 5+ doctors later I finally came to Lancaster Family Allergy.
Dr. Bittner immediately started running test to figure the problem. You can tell the level of care and dedication. We found out that post COVID I developed asthma. Nothing of which we thought was the issue. Immediately she placed me on medication and ordered a chest xray. Fast forward to 3 days later, I haven't felt this good in 2 years. Please do yourself a favor and call and request her. Her goal is find the answer, even if it may take to work.“
