Although the MRI experience was not as bad as I thought. The two people on staff there were only as nice as they absolutely needed to be. Not one pleasant word to you nor any words of encouragement. Being a nurse I know some people are deathly afraid of MRIs. As I was. Both were rather dry and just appear to be doing their job just because they had to be there. As far as the MRI machine itself I say go for it! It is open and trust me you’ll make it through.

Totally too much time waiting. Got in the patient room in about ten minutes but then waited at least 15-20 minutes for dr. Then got X-ray. Again waiting in room for another 20 minutes for dr. Probably would have spent less time at family dr. Would not come again unless it is emergency.

Took my son here for an appointment at the Urgent Care clinic, and had a wonderful experience. We were able to book online, and received a notification text informing us on our scheduled time. We saw Dr. Dumornay, and my son loved him. We were in and out in about 15 minutes with the antibiotics for his ear infection. There is construction or renovations going on outside, but it does not take away from the quality of service we received. From checking in, completing vitals, and being seen, the experience was enjoyable. Better than other urgent care facilities in the area. Thank you!
