I called this company for a problem on my airconditioning. Appointment was professionally arranged and on time. Diagnosis of problem started and promtly had results. Before repairs were started, we first agreed on the pricing and options for an original or OEM part replacement. Since the oem part could be available at much earlier date, I opt for the oem part. In short, work was done and on same day. I am very satisfied with the job and experience. Five Stars.

John Kirby installed my AC around 2 weeks. He explained what the installation involved to me. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job and answered my questions. There was one issue and he did say that he would see that it was addressed that day and it was taken care of.. He was much much better and much neater than the individual who installed my previous AC.
