I had the pleasure of doing a float tank session and it was beautiful. Donna was very knowledgeable and explained how to use the float tank/what to expect throughly. My experience in the tank left me feeling cleansed and energetically renewed. It allowed me to take stock of the thoughts that are no longer serving me and allowed me to release built up stress. It truly is like “returning to the womb.” Such a wonderful opportunity, you have to try it!

I had a great massage that was tailored to my personal needs on that day. The atmosphere is one of relaxation and acceptance. I can also recommend the foot soak and the salt room.
